tagaps.com and the Performance Architect Assessment are built for business professionals — owners, executives, directors, managers, and front-line leaders evaluating or engaging TAG's services. They are not directed to consumers or to children, and by using the site you confirm you're using it in a business or professional capacity.

The Performance Architect Assessment

Using tagaps.com

When you use the site, you agree not to:

• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information in the lead-capture form or the assessment.
• Scrape, systematically extract, or reproduce the site's content, framework, or methodology for a competing product or service.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site, the assessment, or the systems behind them.
• Use the site or assessment for any purpose that's unlawful, or that infringes the rights of TAG or a third party.

We may suspend or restrict access for anyone who violates these terms.

Intellectual property

tagaps.com, the Performance Architect Assessment, the Architected Performance System, and the frameworks, articles, guides, and other content TAG publishes are owned by TAG or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Using the site or taking the assessment doesn't grant you any license to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from that content, beyond viewing it for your own evaluation of TAG's services.

Third-party services

Parts of the site and the assessment rely on third-party providers — including ScoreApp to host and score the assessment, HubSpot to manage our client relationships, and our hosting and email providers. Your use of those providers' own tools may be subject to their separate terms and privacy practices, which we don't control. See our Privacy & Integrity page for how we share information with them.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site, the assessment, and everything on them are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TAG will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the assessment, or from decisions made based on your assessment report. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.

Changes and termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site or the assessment at any time, and may update these Terms as our tools and services evolve. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we make material changes. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

TAG is headquartered in Canada, and these Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This doesn't override any protection you're entitled to under the mandatory law of the country where you live or work.
